When it comes to fitness, it’s good to shake things up a bit…get

creative…think outside of the box.

It’s healthy to climatize yourself.

sooo… get outdoors.

Play in the snow.

Have fun!

You may not want to duplicate my “junk,” so soon, I’ll be showing

you other options.

By the way, my workout partner and I acquired the old truck tire

from a construction site.

The first “black ball” was made from a 50pound sand bag, wrapped

in gorrilla tape.

The second “black ball” is 150 pounds of sand wrapped in gorrila

tape.

The dip bar was made from galvinized pipes that I bought at

Home depot for about $20 bucks. They are cemented into the

ground.

Well, you get the idea…

Oh, and one more thing to keep in mind- It’s INTENSITY that

matters…a few minutes of what you saw on the tape,

is a H…l of a workout!
